30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to be completely satisfied with Memora. If for any reason you're not happy with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date.
How to Request a Refund
Send an email to support@appmemora.com with your purchase email address or license key. Refunds are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, within 5 business days.
What Happens After a Refund
- Your license key will be deactivated
- You will lose access to Pro features
- Your local data (recordings, transcripts) remains on your device — we never touch your files
Subscription Refunds
If you're on a monthly subscription, you can cancel at any time from your account. You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer partial refunds for unused subscription time.
Exceptions
We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of abuse, such as repeated purchases and refund requests, or clear attempts to misuse the refund policy.
