0:00YouHey Sarah, Tom — thanks for jumping on. I wanted to go through the SOW revisions and make sure we're aligned on pricing before I send the final version.
0:15SarahSounds good. We reviewed it internally and the Tier 1 at five thousand a month works for us. No pushback from our finance team on that.
0:28TomYeah, and I pulled together that competitive analysis you asked about. Nexus quoted us at four-two, but their implementation timeline is three months longer.
0:42YouThat's good context. And for the enterprise tier — we discussed a volume discount last time. Were you thinking fifteen percent?
0:55SarahFifteen works. Let's lock that in. Can you send the updated SOW by end of week? We want to get this through before our Q2 budget review on the twentieth.
1:10YouAbsolutely, I'll have it over by Friday. And I think we should also nail down the engineering demo — are you still thinking next week?
1:22SarahYes, I'll get that on the calendar. Our engineering lead is available Tuesday or Wednesday.

Frequently asked questions

How does it run without the cloud?+
Memora uses Whisper, an open-source speech recognition model that runs directly on your Mac. Your audio is processed on your CPU/GPU and never leaves your device. No API keys needed.
How fast is meeting prep?+
Ask "prep me for my Acme call" and get a briefing in seconds. Memora searches across all your past meetings with that client and surfaces open items, key decisions, and suggested talking points. What used to take 15 minutes of re-reading notes takes 10 seconds.
How accurate is local transcription?+
For standard meeting audio (clear microphone, primarily English), local Whisper achieves 90-95% accuracy — on par with cloud services. Memora also supports cloud providers as an optional upgrade if you prefer.
What does the MCP integration do?+
MCP (Model Context Protocol) lets AI tools like Claude and Cursor access your meeting data directly. Ask "what did my client decide about pricing?" from your coding IDE or AI assistant — without opening Memora. Your data stays local; MCP reads it on your machine.
What are the system requirements?+
macOS with Apple Silicon (M1 or later) and 8GB+ RAM. Intel Macs are supported but transcription will be slower. The app takes about 500MB of disk space plus 1-5GB for AI models.
Is there a Windows or Linux version?+
Not yet — we're launching on macOS first. Windows and Linux are in development. Join the waitlist at the bottom of this page and we'll notify you when they're ready.
Does it capture both sides of the call?+
Yes. Memora captures system audio (speakers/headphones) and optionally your microphone. Works with Zoom, Google Meet, Teams, phone calls, or in-person meetings.
How much does it cost?+
Memora is a one-time purchase — no subscriptions. The regular price is $149, but founding members can get it for $79 during the launch window. One purchase, lifetime updates.
